Titanium, Platinum, Diamond Stalls reserved for Sponsors Stalls would be allocated on the first come first serve basis. Final Allotment of stalls will be confirmed on receipt and realization of full payment. All the payments for stalls are to be made in advance. For any display two light points will be made available. Any additional requirement of electricity shall be chargeable.
In case of cancellation of stalls, application must be submitted 15days before the expo. In later case, only 50% amount would be refundable. Only Bare Space would be provided. Exhibitors will build stand at their own cost, as per the parameters given in the floor plan. (Shell Schemes would be provided on the demand of exhibitor but cost of shell schemes will be charged to the exhibitor)
